We had a major remediation job at our offices following a December flood -- right smack in our busiest time of the year. The mess looked like it would test everyone's patience. But Dan was great with our people, accommodating to their schedules and meetings, communicated with the other companies and did what he said he was going to do in getting our facility in order again. Even got our staff laughing at times through the ordeal. A rare situation where a major problem showed our own staff what professionalism and a job well done means.

"Dan cleaned 14 honeycomb blinds. There was a combination of room darkening blinds and regular blinds, a combination of regular window width sizes and 5 very oversize width sizes, all blinds being 105 inches long.

Dan came on time and was very friendly and informative. He looked over the blinds we had, set up all his equipment, and took down all of the blinds and took them out to his truck to clean. He is a completely Mobile Service. We did not have to do a thing (how nice). When he was finished he cleaned up after himself, re-hung the blinds, and we settled on the bill. Dan came very highly recommended from an Interior Design Company we are working with and I am so happy I asked them for a referral. I would refer Dan to any family member or friend. Considering the shades are 20 years old and had never been cleaned, they look great. Afterward, I wondered why it had taken us so long to get them cleaned!

The only problem encountered was damage to the brackets on a couple of shades due to difficulty in removing them.

"Dan Shalhoub cleaned 2 quilted window blinds. I called him at 11 am and he was finishing up a job nearby and he came right after he was done with that job. He arrived exactly at noon as promised. He quickly determined the best way to clean the blinds and set to work.
